Home Cities Policy:

Update: Basic Deck List -> www.igames.org/downloads/basicdecks.zip

Despite our best effort (truly), we will not be able to setup everyone with Home Cities Level 131. We have been trying to work through solutions which is why we've left this announcement until now. Everyone is getting this announcement now, so everyone should be equally prepared.

To provide the fairest playing field, while also allowing for player flexibility and preferences, we have set forth a policy for the Tournament with regards to Home Cities. Players caught violating the Home Cities rules will be disqualified. So please read carefully.

(1) In a given match, if the lowest Home City of the players' chosen civilizations is above forty, then the match continues normally.

(2) If the lowest Home City of the players' chosen civilizations is not above forty and cannot be made above forty (this means that if I choose a Portuguese level 27, I cannot have ANY other European Home City at 40 or above), then one of two things happen:

(2a) If both players agree to play with the chosen Home Cities and their respective levels, then the match continues normally. If no such consensus is reached, then:

(2b-i) Players must use the basic deck accessible to each civilization. A list of the cards in the basic deck is available for download at the top of this news post.

(2b-ii) No other deck can be in the player's Home City other than the basic deck at the start of the match.

(2b-iii) Players can change their civilization after the basic deck rule is in place for the match. However, players can only use the basic deck available to the newly chosen Home City. The basic deck rule will continue for that given match, regardless of the levels of the newly selected Home Cities.

If you have any questions, please e-mail EventsAdmin(AT)iGames.org AND Events(AT)iGames.org

Thank you for your understanding. We wish you all a great experience with the upcoming Tournament.
