5. Judging Of Entries. A panel of 3 judges will review all eligible Entries received to calculate and select in order from 1st – 5th, the top 5 Entries as the winners (each a “Winner”) based upon the following categories and “Judging Criteria”: 75% weighting for Entrant’s score in the Video category and 25% weighting for Entrant’s score in the Activation Forms category as calculated below:
Video Category (75%)
Entrant’s Video will be judged and scored in this category according to the following criteria and weighting.
Weighting Video Criteria
20% Promotional efforts (e.g. signage up and displayed prominently) around the Promotion
30% Party atmosphere and attendance (the higher the better) at the Promotion.
30% Video creativity (theme, design, production, etc.) and production/editing quality
20% The number of public views received by the Video (compared to the total public views for all Entries) during the Viewing Period
Activation Forms Category (25%)
For each complete Activation Entry you submit, you will earn one point (each a “Point”). Any Activation Entry which 1) does not match a valid Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning activation (as verified by EA), 2) does not match an activation code provided to such Entrant or 3) is incomplete or illegible will receive zero Points. You may earn an unlimited number of Points. Entrant’s score in this category will be calculated using the following scoring system:
Score Total Number of Entrant’s Points
0 Under 25 Points
1 25 - 50 Points
2 51-100 Points
3 101-150 Points
4 151-200 Points
5 201-300 Points
6 301-400 Points
7 401-500 Points
8 Over 500 Points
The decisions of the judges are final and binding. If Sponsor does not receive a sufficient number of Entries meeting the requirements listed in these Official Rules, Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, select fewer than 5 Winners. In the event of a tie between any eligible Entries, the tie will be broken by the Entry that received the highest number of Points. If that does not break the tie between the eligible Entries, the tie will then be broken by the Entry with the Video that received the highest number of public views during the Viewing Period.
