Waivers to play at the tournament?

Do I have to have my parents sign the waivers at the tournament?  Or can I print it out on the site somewhere and have them sign it.

The problem is I am 16 1/2, so I've had my license and I plan on going to the iZ3D center in IL.  However, I can't seem to find the waiver on the sight because other LANS I've looked at had them there.

Or will it matter?  Will they be all up in my face to check the age?

To be safe have your parents write a note giving you permission to paly CS:S and compete in the tourney.  You could also email the center you will be going to in IL.  They could probably email you the form.

For iGames, you only need to be 13 or older to play in the tournament, and if you win a prize then your parents must sign to acknowledge that you will receive it.

Each Game Center however has its own guidelines and as SZG has said, they might require you to have a parental form. Calling to ask is the best, but a note should work as well.
