It has been raised as an issue that the current Counter-Strike Source Ladder rules do not specify whether or not player substitutions are allowed. Substitutions would include replacing players who crash out.

We would greatly appreciate your feedback through the following poll.

Changes to the rules will only apply to matches after the poll is closed (in 10 days).
 

It is given that a player being subbed out would have to leave the server before the new player joins.

The result is that Player Substitutions will be allowed only at Half Time. A player who crashes will be able to reconnect immediately, but will not be allowed to be replaced by another player except during the Half Time break.
