Alright so I have this problem...  My younger brother(16) and I(17) were going to enter a GoW tourney at our local Lan Center...

Today we figure out you have to be 17+ in order to play in tourney...

The owner of the lan center told my bro that he couldnt not play and that Microsoft is playing it safe so there will be no

waivers that my parents can sign for him...  I looked around the igames site looking for information on the tourney but had

zero luck...  So if someone could give me a way that my lil bro can some how play or if microsoft really isnt allowing any

16 year olds and under no matter what that would be pleasant.

Due to the age restriction players under 17 will not be able to participate, even if parents are willing to sign a consent form.
