What are the offical rules for rock band tournaments?

Yea ive seen some rock band tournaments but no rules for them. Would anyone like to enlighten me?

Take a look at our up coming RB Tournament rules. They are still being refined but pretty good so far http://twistedzengames.com/Rockband%20work/Rockband.htm also if anyone sees things that should be change let me know. This tournament format was made for allowing some ppl play who are not @ the 100% expert level and still be competive.
