    The Art Of Counter-Strike guide

I haven't seen this mentioned around here so I figured I'd let you guys know about a CS guide I bought recently and what I thought of it. It's written by Rambo and steel (won CPLs etc in the famous team3d and rambo is in cgs on direcTV/sky now) I know a lot of past CS guides were pretty low on useful info but this one is totally different, has hundreds of pages of info and it comes at it from a pro's perspective giving you advice you would never think of otherwise. Also the videos are amazing, almost an hour of them I think but broken into small clips you can watch over that show examples from their actual tournaments games etc.

I received this email a couple of months back, but I didn't pay any attention to it:

"To whom it may it concern,

My name is Duncan Shields, known as 'Thorin' in the Counter-Strike
community, and I'm writing to you representing my colleagues Ron "Rambo" Kim
and Ognian "steel" Gueorguiev with whom I authored a Counter-Strike guide
called 'The Art Of Counter-Strike'. We're contacting your LAN centre to
explore the possibility of some kind of advertising arrangement. Here are
the kinds of opportunities we're looking for:

    * Poster(s) in view around the LAN centre
    * Copies of our guide given as prizes in tournaments
    * Desktops on machines featuring our url and graphics
    * Stickers with our url stuck on monitors

In exchange for any of these we can offer your LAN centre free copies of our
guide to raffle off, give out to loyal patrons or use as prizes in
tournaments (each guide has a retail value of $29.95)

If you're interested in further discussing such an arrangement please
contact me and we'll figure out a fair exchange for both parties. Our guide
is an ebook which comes as a pdf containing videos so there is no need for
any shipping of copies, it can all be done electronically.

Best regards and hoping to hear from you soon.

Duncan "Thorin" Shields (professional esports journalist since 2001)
-on behalf of Ron "Rambo" Kim (WCG, CPL and CGS world champion) and Ognian
"steel" Gueorguiev (first CS player to win WCG and CPL titles)

    Anyone else receive this email?
