Yea you have to get a playback program, search it on google or yahoo or whatever, and the videos save under your pam4 folder in the cod4 folders.

    Re: Cod4 Ladder

i hate the way they run this by points not record...its rediculous how someone who is 6 and 1 can get matched up with people who are close to them and win the 25% of there points and players like us have to get the 15% or something and get a lower level then them with a better record.

    Re: Cod4 Ladder

If it was run by straight record, you could have someone who was 20-0 that just played teams with losing records.  Your points are based on quality of opponent instead of how often you can blow out noobs.

Well you also have to think, what if you beat ppl 6 levels higher, you arnt going to get 25% of their points, you would get less than that cause you are 6 lvls apart. Over all I kind of agree that the system is no good.

You shouldn't be playing a team 6 lvls apart.  You should be playing a team your level to advance.  This system is also in place so no team can come in and win 2 matches and be in first but at the same time give a team some chance to catch up if they join halfway through.

This is not a league, it is a ladder format and the system used is not going to be a perfect fit for everyone.  However, just looking at the standings right now.  It looks pretty solid to me, we'll see once all the results are in for week 4.

You get a lower percentage, but they have more total points. So it works out.

But what if there a lower team on the ladder just like azn sensation vs intercore....what if azn won

you could do the same seperation from 1-16 17-32 etc. but have it by record. whats wrong with that? instead my team gets fucked because the randomness of the selection gives us the teams below us and we get *** for points thus perventing us from top tier. its garbage. dont expect to see team SqualS there if we make tier 2

The rooms are divided by rank.  In theory, the future (though far) would enable us to keep track of levels when making the match.

well also when you are vsing the people in your rooms you would not get the same EXP. anyway considering that the room you are in has higher points in it so when you win against a team 1 level away in the first room from you then you would get more EXP. then the guys in the second room that has won against a team 1 level away from them. now if you just win the first week to get top tier then you are garenteed to be in the playoffs if you win half your matches. Basically saying that this system is bad for anyone outside the top 16

    Re: Cod4 Ladder

I disagree. The key point is that teams have to win matches to keep their rankings. If you look at team records like AZN Sensation or DAWGS, etc they win a majority of their matches. For Teams that don't win their matches (aka the teams you guys destroy) they don't game points so the lower ranked teams advance on them and become higher ranked.

The rankings have changed significantly each week of the season.

well like i said you could get top tier one week, that first week, and then win half your matches and still be 8 on the ladder with a 8-10 record? a losing record in top tier? thats garbage and its because of this stupid system of point you guys run also disproving your point in how teams have to keep on winning
