Playoffs!:
After 5 weeks of intense battle only 16 elites remain. It's time for the playoffs. Every match counts more than ever before as the top 16 teams will compete for a share of $1,500 in cash prizes.
Playoffs matches will happen in the #iGames-Ladders channel, starting each Thursday at 4:30 PM Pacific Time // 7:30 PM Eastern Time. Teams must check-in by that time, unless otherwise excused, or else risk being disqualified.
The double-elimination brackets, posted at http://www.cevo.com/playoffs/bracket.php?id=394 will be populated on Thursday August 28th so please check your standings now for errors and get in any issues to eventsadmin at igames.org by August 28th to get them corrected. After the 28th the standings will be locked.
There can only be one championship team. Will it be yours?

Game Types Posted:
Our custom Game Types are now available for download.
You need to download the Game Types for the console(s) you are hosting on. Any other players will automatically download it when they connect to a match.
The Game Types are based on MLG settings. The Game Types ensure that everyone is always playing with the correct settings.
To access the Game Types:
1. Sign into Xbox LIVE in Halo 3. Open your friends list and add iGamesAdmin. Then go to view the fileshare of iGamesAdmin. You can download them directly from there.
or
2. Using the Windows LIVE Tag associated with your Xbox Live Gold Account you can schedule them for download to your Xbox 360 by clicking here: http://www.bungie.net/stats/Halo3/FileShare.aspx?gamertag=iGamesAdmin
The next time you sign into Halo 3, the game will automatically download them.
You do not need to be friends with the person who made them to download via either method.

Week 1 Results
Halo 3 proved to be ever popular Week 1 of it's third season with 90 matches played by 32 Teams! Teams Cotton Candy and TG-Mini-Boss took the lead both with 9 wins and 0 losses. Team Vengeance and WOW Effect from Crazy Penguins Gaming are right behind them in the standings at 3rd and 4th place respectfully.
Week 2 is King of the Hill on the map Isolation. Week 2 also brings separation of the ranks with the top teams going to Tier 1 matching and the rest going to Tier 2. What kind of changes will this week bring? Stay tuned to see!
All the standings from Week 1 are now entered. Please check them for accuracy and if there are any problems please email eventsadmin AT igames.org
Reminder to all centers to make sure you report results to the admin in the format match number such and such team won. If match results are not reported we will enter them as a draw until they are reported (I know you want the full points so report them). Teams ranked 1 - 4 get a pass out of the qualifiers and auto advance to playoffs.

Week 5 Summary:
Team Ddx kept the lead grabbing the number 1 seed for playoffs with a 25-1 record. Forsaken Age kept its second place seed. Downers went down to 6th in the standings. Team Existance took the 3rd place seed. In 4th placing is Team Impract. Gods Selection dropped to 8th.
The top 4 make playoffs automatically while 5th place to 12th place seeds go into a qualifier. Info on Qualifier to follow shortly.

Week 4 Summary:
The standings are in! Team Ddx kept the lead this week with an impressive 17-0 record thus far in the season. Forsaken Age and Downers now hold the 2nd and 3rd place standings. Team Cobra did not have a good week dropping all the way to 7th. Gods Selection dropped to 5th.
This week is the final week! The GameType is Slayer on the map construct. Good luck everyone, playoff information will follow shortly after this week.

The standings have been updated. Team Cobra has dropped to fourth this week after losing to Team Ddx. Speaking of Team Ddx they rocketed themselves to the first place spot with an impressive 13 - 0 record. Gods Selection has moved up from third place to second.

Gods Selection is in 3rd place from GamePad and last week's number 1 team Team Impact is now in 4th. Team Newbsauce dropped all the way to 8th place.

Week 2 Standings:
Week 2's standings are in the midst of being updated. I will post back when they are complete.
Just a couple notes real quick to help make this Game_Night run more smoothly. When hosting a game make sure that your players host a game with a closed party. If the party is open, then outside players will be able to join the game. When reporting scores to the admin always use match number and result (this helps us reduce error in the standings). Finally if there is an error in your teams record or you have a dispute send an email to EventsAdmin AT igames.org. Make sure the subject line contains what game_night this is in refrence to and you provide as accurate of detials as possible (as to why the dispute is necessary or what is wrong with your record).

Week 1 News:
We apologize for the delay in getting the standings up. We truly did have a lot of work on our hands to get all the mayhem tallied up.
Team Impact from GamePad has jumped out to lead the ladder with a 7-1 record. Their one loss came against Team Vengeance from Crazy Penguins Gaming, currently ranked 12th but undefeated at 4-0.
Following close behind the leaders is team Newbsauce from Space Station Games with a solid 6-0 record. If they can hang on to their undefeated streak next week, they'll be in a good position to takeover the 1st place spot in the standings.
To those of you who racked up losses last week... hang in there! Everything should improve next week.
In Week 2 and onward, teams will be matched according to their rank on the ladder, so matches should be closer, more intense, and more fun!
See you next week for King of the Hill on Isolation.
